TOPLINE MK2 is a new generation of machines which have always been a synonym for the highest class of high-pressure polyurethane processing and form the hearts of countless polyurethane processing plants.

With Hennecke's WKH moulded foam plant, 150,000 tonnes of PUR raw materials are processed globally per year into moulded foam parts for motor vehicles such as seats, head restraints and more. However, it is also used in the production of, for example, seating furniture, especially with its new compact variant WKH-C.

The ECOPLUS MK2 allows you to discover the advantages of high pressure polyurethane mixing at a very attractive price. Despite this, it retains the high standards that our machines are known for.

The IMPACT MK2 continues the long tradition of low-pressure polyurethane machines from our Hennecke-OMS plant in Italy. The new generation is a completely redesigned version while maintaining Hennecke standards.

The release of the finest bubbles of a gas in a reactive mixture is responsible for the formation of cells and therefore also for the final structure of the cells of polyurethane foam products.

Addition of blowing agents to polyurethane systems is a precondition for the achievement of the required properties in the production of hard and integral foams in various applications.
