Lines for moulded foam parts and technical insulation

With Hennecke's WKH moulded foam plant, 150,000 tonnes of PUR raw materials are processed globally per year into moulded foam parts for motor vehicles such as seats, head restraints and more. However, it is also used in the production of, for example, seating furniture, especially with its new compact variant WKH-C.

Foam production equipment for refrigerator and freezer cabinets and doors has been part of Hennecke's portfolio for many years and we can provide not only the casting machine for hard insulation foam itself, but also equipment for the high-volume production of the cabinets and doors themselves.

In the field of boilers and storage tanks for heat pumps, Hennecke offers a comprehensive solution in the form of the hard insulation foam machine itself, as well as the moulds, whether they are products with a self-supporting hard shell or a subsequently installed cover or coating.
