ELASTOLINE HP

The ELASTOLINE HP is the result of a development that combines Hennecke's long-standing experience in two areas: high-pressure polyurethane compounding and elastomer production.

The ELASTOLINE HP is a unique machine that allows the mixing of components using high pressure instead of a standard mixer, thus allowing the mixing head to be cleaned with a plunger without the need for rinsing. This eliminates the cost of rinsing material and disposal of rinse residues, which means significant savings not only in high volume production. In addition, this technology enables the ELASTOLINE HP to dispense into closed moulds, significantly reducing the need for further machining of parts, if any.
