H24x

H24x series machines are robust, equipped with a movable table and a cast-iron cutting line with a feed roller.

This design enables the machines to cut even extremely thin layers from original blocks. The blocks can be of various materials: polyethylene, soft polyurethane foams, TF foams, bound foams, EVA, polypropylene, neoprene, PVC, soft foams, bound rubbers, microporous rubbers, cellular rubbers or, in a special case, cork.

Thanks to automated operation the machine can be operated by a single operator, who loads a block on the table, the block is held in place by means of a special surface, vacuum or a physical barrier. The operator then goes to the control desk and takes a cut layer away after each cut.
