VFS

It is a robust and highly precise cutting press. The machine consists of a fixed cutting table, which can be fitted with a conveyor belt for the enhancement of the production, a fixed platform over the table, on which one hydraulic cylinder is attached, enabling cutting by vertical movement against the table or the belt.

The cutting accuracy is achieved by means of 4 mechanical stops. The cutting height is then adjusted automatically for each cutting tool, which ensures the exact dimensions of the product. The tool position can be additionally modified by 0.01 mm via the control panel if necessary.

The machine can be optionally equipped with a conveyor belt, automatic die changers and create a fully automatic cutting line on customer’s request.
