There are three main advantages of CARBOMAT. Effective pre-expansion and significant improvement of the behaviour of reactive mixtures as a result of mixing polyurethane components with CO2 in the metering process. Secondly, optimized final products in terms of the required properties and quality, and last but not least the opportunity to save up to 10-15 % of raw materials, depending on the application basis (e.g. by reduction of the density).
